Race a street food market, a candy-forest sweet tooth cup, a spice-route climb up a hot sauce canyon, and a finale above the clouds at a giant banquet table. Every course has its own signature moment: a leap over a hot-sauce river, a glide across a soda lake, a sprint across a stovetop the size of a kitchen counter.
